Dispatchers

The Right Track for You?
Responsibilities

Dispatchers manage safe and efficient train operations and coordinate when maintenance can be safely performed, in compliance with railroad rules and regulations. They prioritize and plan train routes to ensure timely, safe and damage-free delivery for customers’ freight. Dispatchers have an assigned territory that can range in size from 12 to 1,000+ miles. Candidates must be detail-oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. New Dispatchers will be provided with company-paid, on-the-job training.
