They prioritize and plan train routes to ensure timely, safe and damage-free delivery for customers’ freight. Dispatchers have an assigned territory that can range in size from 12 to 1,000+ miles. Candidates must be detail-oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. New Dispatchers will be provided with company-paid, on-the-job training.
