Hiring Process

BNSF seeks to make the hiring process simple and straightforward for all applicants.

Application Process

1. Submit an online application. If you want to apply for multiple positions, you must apply separately for each position and location. Make sure to complete all fields thoroughly.

2. Stay connected. Create a profile and check your email for updates. If you think you may have missed an email, be sure to check your spam folder.

3. Applicants are screened, and selected candidates will be contacted for a phone, web or in-person interview or invited directly to a hiring event. If required, you may need to complete an initial assessment.

Successful applicants are extended conditional offers and prompted to complete pre-employment medical and background review.

Career opportunities are updated daily.
